Hi, I’m Sergi, coach specialized in the technique of running, endurance sports and ultra resistance.
I have training in Functional Patterns, graduated in Activity and Sports Sciences and master in High-performance team sports.
In wetrain we apply strength training to all sports by adjusting the load. We try to maintain the balance between the muscles.
