Let me introduce myself, I am Jorge one of the trainers of wetrain and also director of the center. For several years I have been dedicated to fitness, personal training and sports in general.

I studied the Master of Readaptation and injury recovery and I specialized in this field that I consider fundamental to help society today.

With our way of working we manage to shorten the recovery time of the injury and we achieve that the adaptations that are created in this process are of better quality than if the injury is recovered in a traditional way.
